A personal trainer will help you set achievable & sustainable goals with strategy. I don’t believe in get-anything quick schemes & I don’t promote get fit at the expense of your health tricks! When you lose weight right your metabolism speeds up & we actually get your body working with you, as it’s designed. When we build in strength & muscle, increase stamina & endurance there is a way to protect & maximize those training adaptions to speed up progress instead of hinder. 

It’s simpler than most realize yet I will tell you it’s in these details where most quit or get ‘stuck!’ My biggest heart and passion in coaching is I don’t want to see you quit on yourself or goal b/c you think it’s just not working or your body somehow isn’t like others. Here is the thing I am not just trying to sell you vitamins or supplements although they support your goal. When the body has what it needs nutrient wise the metabolic pathways in the body function optimally.
