Form is Priority!

To get the maximum benefit from your workouts, you need to engage the right muscles with good form. It’s physics! The minute you change an angle you change where force is applied. I’m known for preaching good form, & it’s the fundamental value in having a coach, do it the right way to protect from injury and build progress.

The idea is to build progress & having a well-educated personal trainer that understands the Kinesiology of how the body moves is absolutely valuable in your journey for fitness & health!

Customizable Workouts

Every person is unique, and you might have unique requirements or restrictions that only a personal trainer can effectively help you with. With that said I stick with an interval (HiiT) style exercise program because the body and how it was created responds really well to it! I like to do what works, how about you?!

Even from a DNA standpoint with interval style training, done well, will drive efficient results. From there the details for your body only drill down deeper in where your focus needs to be, like endurance or resistance training for best adaptions. I vary the seconds on and rest intervals not just to keep it fun but to keep your body making progress!

We are very strategic to incorporate core work throughout the workout too, as it’s our base for strength; should you desire more look for workouts specific to targeting not the 6 pack abs but core!

Set Goals Effectively

A personal trainer will help you set realistic, achievable goals with a plan that it sustainable. I don’t believe in get-rich-quick schemes & I don’t promote get fit at the expense of your health tricks! When you lose weight right your metabolism speeds up & we actually get your body working for you, as it’s designed, instead of the other way around. When we build in strength & muscle, increase stamina & endurance there is a way to protect & maximize those training adaptions to speed up progress instead of hinder it.

It’s simpler than most realize yet I will tell you it’s in these details where most quit or get ‘stuck!’ My biggest heart and passion in coaching is I don’t want to see you quit on yourself or goal b/c you think it’s just not working or your body somehow isn’t like others. Most I have coached to success – it’s always been minor tweaks to nutrition or training habits that make quick profound results! Don’t give up! Just do the right things! Get a trainer & seek resources that you know can help you. Working out & eating right is hard enough – get a trainer in your corner that will fight with you & believe in you to see you to that goal you committed to!

Here is the thing I am not just trying to sell you vitamins or supplements although they support your goal. When the body has what it needs nutrient wise the metabolic pathways in the body function optimally.
